My sister-in-law recently mentioned she was trying intermittent fasting, and it sounded like something I might find beneficial. In fortuitous timing, I then saw this book available for request on NetGalley. As with all books in the For Dummies series, Intermittent Fasting for Dummies is well laid out, making it simple to follow. There was a good range of material in this volume, including the science behind intermittent fasting, overviews of the most popular approaches, and even some healthy recipes to try. Overall, I feel I understand a bit more now how to introduce intermittent fasting into my lifestyle, and I plan to give it a try. Recommended for anyone considering intermittent fasting who wants to obtain an overview of how to go about it and what to expect.

I received this book as a free eBook ARC via NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.
