A young man with a unique ability begins working for a centuries-old bar owner who resolves her customers' emotional troubles by entering their dreams. (Netflix Synopsis)

Mystic Pop-Up Bar was a delightful fantasy-drama. The storyline reminded me of Hotel del Luna at times, so if you liked that show you will probably enjoy this one too (and vice versa). As always there was a good blend of emotion/drama, action and comedy in this show. The pacing was good, each episode leaving me eager for more, and the principal cast members had good chemistry. Choi Won-young is fast becoming a favourite of mine. I'd seen him as a secondary character in a few shows, but lately I watched two in which he had a larger part to play, and I always enjoy his performances. There were one or two moments in this series that raised questions with me plot-wise, but only in a minor way that didn't disrupt my overall enjoyment, so I am giving 4.5 stars.
