In a world where data is no longer private, con artists uncover a sinister surveillance scheme headed by the government and a greedy corporation. (Synopsis)
Private Lives was a mostly enjoyable drama-thriller. It had some really great moments and the story overall was interesting and well plotted; however, there were times here and there where I felt my attention slipping, even if it always returned eventually. The cast did a good job, especially the leads; although, I didn't necessarily feel much chemistry for the romance elements. Since that wasn't the main thrust of the story, though, it didn't bother me too much. As such, I am giving this series 4 stars. It was good, but it wasn't a stand-out one for me.
