Why Didn't I Tell You a Million Time? was an entertaining series in many respects. I liked the fantasy elements and the story was enjoyable. The style of acting was a bit exaggerated/overblown, but that's been the case in many Japanese TV dramas I've watched, so I assume it's just the way those shows are done. While I liked the fantasy aspects of the show overall, there were a few things that left me scratching my head as there was no explanation for how/why they were suddenly possible when nothing had been mentioned of them before. Also, while the blurb suggested romance, I should warn there is not a traditional HEA ending. Overall, I am giving this series 3.5 stars. It was fun to watch but still had a few issues with plot holes.
