Noodle shop employees by day and demon hunters by night, the Counters use special abilities to chase down malevolent spirits that prey on humans. (Synopsis)
I enjoyed the original season of The Uncanny Counter, but I liked season 2 even more. Having done all the world building and setup in season 1, in season 2 we could launch straight into the action without the need for lengthy exposition. In addition, I felt the villains in this second season were far more compelling than in the first season, both Ma Ju-seok and Hwang Pil-gwang presenting intriguing characters you couldn't help but like despite the fact they were on "the wrong team". Recommended to fans of season 1 and also to new watchers who can now binge both seasons. I am giving it 4.5 stars.
