1) Tell us 3 fun facts about your writing history
My first release was a vampire short story in 2011
The ‘J’ in my pen name is a family joke as I have no middle name but all my husband’s family have middle names beginning with J
The Ragnarök Chronicles is the most personal story I’ve written so far and remains my favourite
 
2) Describe your writing style in 3 words
Fantasy, Personal, Genre-Centric

Chelsea Quinn Yarbro, Jane Austen, Haruki Murakami
 
4) Share your 3 favourite books
Les Misérables by Victor Hugo
Jane Eyre by Charlotte Brontë

5) What are your 3 essential writing tools?
PC, Red Pen & Tea
 
6) Where are your 3 favourite places to write?
I currently type in my study and edit in my library/music room.  A dream place to edit would be a little cafe in either Prague, Paris, or Reykjavík.

For one of the big six to contract my work
To increase awareness and recognition for The Ragnarök Chronicles
To reach sales parity between my mainstream and MM stories
 
8) What are your top 3 tips for aspiring writers?
Believe in yourself
Always edit your work thoroughly before submitting
Read, read, read! :)
 
9) Tell us 3 of your writing plans for the year ahead
To improve my social media activities
To increase awareness of my current mainstream genre fiction releases
To find homes for two completed novellas and a novel
 
10) Tell us about your latest release
The Ragnarök Chronicles is a work close to my heart that I self-published nearly two years ago. As of this month, I have drastically reduced the price of the eBook, so there’s no better time to give it a try. If you enjoy long fantasy reads with plenty of romance and action, then The Ragnarök Chronicles is the book for you!
