Kurumi is hired at a high-end hotel, but is instead dispatched to work at an amusement park that is connected to the business network. The new work is out in the country and there is not much else to do there. The go-to employee is one Yoshiko. Kurumi wants to be successful and valued and is eager to learn from Yoshiko. However, all is not as it seems on the surface. (Synopsis)

Oz Land was a fun drama with a lot of heart. I enjoyed following Kurumi's struggles as she grappled with her unexpected work placement. The relationship between her and Yoshiko was fun, but part of me wanted a little more romance. Still, there were many fun moments and the movie made me smile a number of times. If you want a light-hearted drama with humour, it's worth taking a look. It's a film you can relax with, without needing to use a lot of a brainpower or concentration in order to enjoy it. It gets 4 stars from me.
