Missing: The Other Side started slowly for the first couple of episodes but then quickly picked up the pace. Once the story got going in earnest, I found it engaging and fun to follow. The characters were all interesting figures and it was entertaining to see how their stories all weaved into one another as the plot progressed. There was a pleasing blend of action/adventure and emotional drama, the story at times sad, at times uplifting and at other times suspenseful. Overall, this was a well-produced drama that mixed elements of thriller with crime drama and fantasy. It gets 4.5 stars from me. I see there is currently a second season airing in Korea, so I hope that will eventually come to Netflix too.
