King the Land was great fun from start to finish. The opening couple of episodes were a little slow, but things soon picked up and I liked the chemistry between the two lead actors. The story centred heavily on the rich guy-poor girl trope, but there was enough humour and quirkiness to keep it feeling fresh. This series had an excellent supporting cast and I was as invested in the subplots involving them as much as I was in the main story. Overall, I am giving it 4.5 stars.
